U.S. Soldiers and NATO Partners compete in a series of grueling physical tests and are graded by current 2nd Cavalry Regiment Badge holders during the Expert Infantryman Badge (EIB), Expert Soldier Badge (ESB) and Expert Field Medical Badge (EFMB), E3B held at Vilseck, Germany, Nov. 6, 2023. E3B is EIB, ESB and EFMB combined, to test candidates' physical and mental abilities while executing critical individual tasks and training for these badges improves the armed services ability to respond more effectively and efficiently which increases readiness.
