Leaders from the 10th Mountain Division Sustainment Brigade, 10th Mountain Division, begin their hike as part of a leader professional development training, Nov. 6, 2023, at the Adirondack Mountains in New York.
Leaders were split into groups to hike different trails. Each group had a different sustainment operation focus and had to generate ideas on how to provide that specific sustainment support in an alpine environment. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt. 1st Class Neysa Canfield/10th MDSB Public Affairs Office)
