Maj. Ashlie Franzosa, the adjutant general officer for the 10th Mountain Division Sustainment Brigade, goes over the plan of action with her group, Nov. 6, 2023, before hiking Phelps Mountain, which is part of the Adirondack peaks, during a brigade senior-leader professional development training.
During the training, leaders were split into groups to hike different trails. Each group had a different sustainment operation focus and had to generate ideas and solutions on how to provide that specific sustainment support in an Alpine environment.
