Sgt. 1st Class Dimas De Leon, a senior instructor from 7th Army Noncommissioned Officer Academy (NCOA) teaches Malawi Defence Force (MDF) soldiers how to conduct sergeants time training by demonstrating the task of assembling and disassembling a pen at the Malawi Armed Forces College headquarters building, in Salima, Malawi, Nov. 10, 2023. These courses blend knowledge from the 7th Army Noncommissioned Officer Academy and the Combined Arms Training Center with the methods of the MDF.
