The 2023 Nepal DREE is part of the continued multilateral engagement of the United States Army Pacific (USARPAC) and the Government of Nepal (GON). The DREE ends with a detailed After-Action Review (AAR) designed to capture lessons-learned and best practices and identify a future date, location and potential scenario for the next DREE in Nepal. This information will go into shaping future Humanitarian Assistance/Disaster Response (HA/DR) activities, as well as potentially identifying recommendations to enhance existing disaster management documents and procedures.
