U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Mateo Lopez, a satellite systems transmission operator assigned to Combat Logistics Battalion 15, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, and a native of Aurora, Colorado, establishes a multi-mission terminal to provide communication during foreign humanitarian assistance training at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Nov. 13, 2023. The training required CLB-15 to conduct a ship-to-shore movement to provide logistical support to the simulated lead federal agency in response to a simulated natural disaster.
