U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Gen. Michael J. Borgschulte, commanding general of 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, conducts a flight brief prior to a flight at Marine Corps Air Station Camp Pendleton, California, Nov. 28, 2023. The commanding general of 1st Marine Logistics Group flew alongside the 3rd MAW commanding general and with Marines of HMLA-267 to experience firsthand the combat capabilities of 3rd MAW, the Marine Corps’ largest aircraft wing. As the Aviation Combat Element and Logistics Combat Element of I Marine Expeditionary Force, 3rd MAW and 1st MLG train together and support each other in both training and operations, at home and across the globe.
