U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Kenneth Roy, a machine gun squad leader, Alpha Company, 1st Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, Marine Forces Reserve, fires down range during an annual rifle qualification at a field exercise in Fort Devens, Massachusetts, Dec. 7, 2023. The FEX allowed reserve Marines to maintain readiness by executing several ARQs, a scout sniper indoctrination, a swim qualification and a tactical combat casualty care course.
