YOKOSUKA, Japan (Dec. 8, 2023) — Culinary Specialist 3rd Class Mansing Donnie James, attached to USS John Finn (DDG 113), originally from the Philippines, receives a naturalization certificate from Lt. Cmdr. Sarah Chi, assigned to Region Legal Service Office Western Pacific, onboard Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) during a United States Citizenship and Immigration Services naturalization ceremony at the AOB Auditorium. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
