Burr, Headquarters U.S. Army Pacific deputy commanding general of operations look on as soldiers assigned to USARPAC, parade the US and Australian Flags during a Jan. 17, 2013, Deputy Commanding General flying V Ceremony at the Historic Palm Circle on Fort Shafter, Honolulu, Hawaii. The ceremony held to welcome Burr and his family as the first foreign military officer to be assigned at this level of leadership in the U.S. Army.
