Ray Gallien, 82nd Aerial Targets Squadron patrol boat captain, surveys the waters of the St. Andrews Sound for recreational watercrafts during the launch of aerial targets near Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, Dec. 12, 2023. The 82nd ATRS ensures the safety of the waterways near the base when aerial targets are launched from Tyndall to the Gulf Range Complex.
