Walter Reed reopened its newly renovated Hospital Museum located in Bldg. 1 (The Tower) with a ribbon cutting ceremony December 21, 2023.The museum documents the history of the Medical Center from its beginning as the National Naval Medical Center in 1941, to the present as the largest and most prominent military medical facility in the nation.
