Members of the Heritage Brass ensemble assigned to United States Air Force Heritage of America Band perform a concert for Sewickley Academy at Sewickley, Pennsylvania, Feb. 21, 2023. Heritage Brass is a six-member pioneering symphonic brass ensemble bringing the military tradition of brass and percussion to the concert stage. The ensemble supported the Air Force’s recruiting efforts by touring through the 311th Recruiting Squadron’s area of responsibility, covering eight school districts and performing for hundreds of students. During performances, they shared their experiences and opportunities provided by the Air Force, while answering any questions students may have about joining the military.
