Maj. Gen. Peter J. Talleri presents the 2011 Large Fire Department of the Year award to Scott S. Minakami at Camp Foster Jan. 17. The Marine Corps Installations Pacific and Marine Corps Base Camp Butler Fire and Emergency Services received two major awards for their accomplishments in two years.
