NORFOLK, Va. (Jan. 5, 2024) – Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Commander, Vice Adm. James P. Downey, met with Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) leadership, Jan. 5, at Building LF-18 at Naval Station Norfolk. Downey assumed command of NAVSEA during a change of command ceremony Jan. 3, becoming NAVSEA's 46th commander.
