(Jan. 18, 2024) – Brazilian Navy Master Chief Petty Officer Jefferson Espirito Santo Cruz (right) relieves both Brazilian Navy Master Chief Petty Officer Fabiano Batista da Silva (not pictured) and Peruvian Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer Juan Carlos Escobar Correa (left) as Technical Assistant in the Inter-American Naval Telecommunications Network (IANTN) Secretariat at the U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command/U.S. 4th Fleet compound on Naval Station Mayport, Fla., Jan. 18, 2024.
