Craig McLemore (left), Inter-American Naval Telecommunications Network (IANTN) Secretary, authorizes this certificate to Brazilian Master Chief Jefferson Espirito Santo Cruz (right), for complying with all requirements for granting the Badge “Inter-American Naval Telecommunications Network” during a change of charge ceremony at the U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command/U.S. 4th Fleet compound on Naval Station Mayport, Fla., Jan. 18, 2024. Established in 1962, IANTN’s mission is to maintain a permanent link among naval authorities of the Americas.
