    III MEF Information Group     

    U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Madison Aubuchon, a supply administrator with 7th Communication Battalion, III Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group, conducts a standing power throw during an Army Combat Fitness Test on Torii Station, Okinawa, Japan, Jan. 17, 2024. The Marines and Soldiers conducted the joint ACFT in an effort to foster relationships between the two units. The ACFT is composed of six events, including a three repetition maximum deadlift, a standing power throw, timed hand release pushups, a sprint-drag-carry, a plank and a two-mile run.
