U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Tyler Proctor, a network administrator with 7th Communication Battalion, III Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group, left, and U.S. Army Lt. Col. Richard Barker, the public affairs officer with 10th Support Group, conduct a plank during an Army Combat Fitness Test on Torii Station, Okinawa, Japan, Jan. 17, 2024. The Marines and Soldiers conducted the joint ACFT in an effort to foster relationships between the two units. The ACFT is composed of six events, including a three repetition maximum deadlift, a standing power throw, timed hand release push-ups, a sprint-drag-carry, a plank and a two-mile run.
