Mathew Brannen, Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) deputy director for operations, shares his experience during the Case Management System (CMS) Strategic Expo at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Jan. 25, 2024. Brannen and other senior leadership sat in on live demonstrations which utilized Starlink to transmit data and communications in real-time. This capability allows deployed personnel to transmit and receive vital information necessary to safely and successfully undergo recovery missions in more remote locations.
