Daniel Turner, Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) cyberspace engineer, discusses Starlink with Fern Sumpter Winbush, DPAA principal deputy director, during the Starlink Case Management System (CMS) Strategic Expo at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Jan. 25, 2024.
