U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Marcelo Vargas, left, Sgt. Kythryn Miller, center, and Sgt. Maxcimiano Valenzuela, advisors assigned to 3rd Security Force Assistance Brigade, conduct partner assessment as part of joint security force training during the mission readiness exercise at Fort Cavazos, Texas, Feb. 8, 2024, in preparation for their upcoming employment to the U.S. Central Command area of operations. During the exercise, Soldiers were challenged to simulate assess, support, liaise and advise scenarios with foreign security force role players.
