U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' San Francisco District deployed the MV John A. B. Dillard Jr. and its debris and scuba diving teams to remove a sunken ship out of the federal channel in Noyo Harbor, Calif., Jan. 26, 2013. The Dillard and its crew raised the 15-ton vessel, removing the impeding hazard to U.S. Coast Guard search and rescue missions and commercial fishing traffic. The boat was tied to the Dillard and held afloat with a crane until it was loaded onto a trailer and removed from the river. (U.S. Army photo by John Hardesty/Released)
