U.S. Army Corps of Engineers San Francisco District's MV John A.B. Dillard Jr. is docked at the U.S. Coast Guard Noyo River Station after removing a 50-foot, 15-ton hazardous sunken ship, “Jeanne”, stranded across half of the Noyo River federal channel at Noyo Harbor, Calif., Jan. 27, 2013.
