U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Daniel Hart, a CH-53E Super Stallion crew chief with Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron (HMH) 462, Marine Aircraft Group 16, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, observes an adjacent CH-53E Super Stallion helicopter during a flight to Naval Air Station North Island, Coronado, from Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California, Feb. 13, 2024. HMH-462 transported passengers from NAS North Island to the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72), a Nimitz-class aircraft carrier, and provided assault support for routine operations in the Third Fleet area of responsibility.
