German soldiers assigned to the Bundeswehr Medical Academy receive hands-on training with U.S. Army weapons, M17 pistol and M4 rifle at the Combined Arms Training Center (CATC) Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) in Vilseck, Germany on Feb. 28, 2024. As both a TRADOC and NATO Quality Assurance accredited institution, CATC offers almost 60 courses ranging from classroom instruction on transporting hazardous material on European public roads to combat life-saving skills in a simulated combat environment.
