German soldiers assigned to the Bundeswehr Medical Academy pose for a group photo in front of the Combined Arms Training Center (CATC) Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) sign in Vilseck, Germany on Feb. 28, 2024. The German soldiers received hands-on training with U.S. Army weapons, M17 pistol and M4 rifle as part of the CATC and Bundeswehr Medical Academy training engagement. As both a TRADOC and NATO Quality Assurance accredited institution, CATC offers almost 60 courses ranging from classroom instruction on transporting hazardous material on European public roads to combat life-saving skills in a simulated combat environment.
