Lt. Col. Kenneth Boggs, commander, 92nd Engineer Battalion "Black Diamonds," attached to the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, has his battalion present arms and renders a salute as the national anthem is played on Cottrell Field for the day's color-casing ceremony, Jan. 31. The casing of the colors symbolizes the battalions forth coming deployment.
