Col. Davis Ulricson, HHB 197th Field Artillery Brigade explained that the training that soldiers received during this event is essential to resupplying soldiers in remote areas.
“This training is vital to our success on the battlefield because we have to be able to move supplies to forward operating bases,” said Ulricson. “We’ve used forward operating bases in Syria, Afghanistan and Iraq so this is something going on today.”
