U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to the 3rd Division Sustainment Brigade and 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, load the bridge component of an M1074 joint assault bridge system onto the M1302 trailer of an enhanced heavy equipment transporter system near Sędrowo, Poland, March 9, 2024. The logisticians are transporting the equipment in support of a wet gap crossing event for Exercise Dragon 24, a Polish-led, multinational exercise that demonstrates the readiness of allied forces to respond to and defend against threats to the country’s borders. During the exercise, these logisticians and Polish and U.S. military engineers enabled freedom of movement for the multinational armored force marching more than 300 km along two corridors, demonstrating combat power for deterrence against adversarial aggression.
