U.S. Navy Quartermaster 1 Patrick Riley, a navigator with Landing Craft, Air Cushion 52, Assault Craft Unit 5, transports a tractor, rubber-tired, articulated steering, multi-purpose vehicle and a joint light tactical vehicle, both assigned to Marine Wing Support Squadron 373, Marine Air Control Group 38, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, from San Clemente Island to Camp Pendleton, California, Feb. 28, 2024. The LCAC navigator is responsible for mission planning, navigation, beach assaults, and LCAC communications.
