Navy Environmental and Preventive Medicine Unit Six (NEPMU SIX) celebrated 75 years of operation since their establishment in 1949, March 27th, 2024, in Pearl Harbor Hawaii. NEPMU SIX is one of four units that serve as a vanguard of health and safety across locations such as Pearl Harbor, HI; San Diego, CA; Norfolk, VA; and Rota, Spain. Staff attended a formal luncheon to celebrate their ongoing role in fortifying the Navy and Marine Corps against infectious diseases, fostering resilience and vitality within the military community.
