The purpose of the exercise is to help new noncommissioned officers understand their responsibilities as soldiers and medical personnel. The event took place over four days and included soldiers from Army Health Clinics in Ansbach, Grafenwoehr, Hohenfels, Stuttgart, Vilseck, and Headquarters.
