U.S. Air Force Airman First Class Isaac Colmenares, 52nd Civil Engineer Squadron pavement & equipment journeyman, guides a cement pour with a French soldier during Exercise RAZORBACK, in Grostenquin, France, Apr 1, 2024. The exercise was a U.S. Air Forces in Europe – Air Forces Africa and French forces Bilateral Airfield Damage Repair Event, where they completed crater repair with crushed stone backfill and installation of a fiber-reinforced polymer mat over the repair zone.
