U.S. Army Capt. Nancy Rodriguez and Sgt. 1st Class James McCauley, the 356th Transportation Company command team, uncase their company guidon, symbolically demonstrating assumption of their mission during a transfer of authority ceremony at Forward Operating Site Karliki, Poland, April 17, 2024. The 356th Transportation Company relieved Charlie Company, 87th Division Sustainment Support Battalion, having deployed to support NATO allies and regional security partners and to provide combat-credible forces to V Corps, America's forward deployed corps in Europe. The active duty C Company will soon redeploy to Fort Stewart, Georgia, and the Army Reserve 356th Transportation Company deployed from Las Cruces, New Mexico, last month.
