Sgt. John Ford, a native of Magnolia, Ark., pulls security while inspecting a checkpoint in Kadhamiyah, April 4. Coalition and Iraqi security forces continue to maintain a presence in Kadhamiyah where a week ago fighting broke out between coalition forces and special groups operating in the area. Ford serves with 4th Platoon, Company D, 1st Battalion, 502nd Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division Multi-National Division - Baghdad.
