Charles Hart, at the Defense Centers for Public Health-Aberdeen (DCPH-A) Vector Borne Disease (VBD) Branch conducted insect DNA studies under the direction of Dr. Jason Blanton of the Navy Entomology Center of Excellence (NECE) Research and Development Department, April 3, 2024, at the Navy Entomology Center of Excellence, Jacksonville, Florida.
