NORFOLK, Va. (April 16, 2024) Matthew Swartz, executive director and chief of staff, U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFFC), and the Executive Management Advisory Panel meet with Fleet civilian leaders supporting daily naval operations during focus groups held at USFFC, April 16th, 2024. These focus groups highlighted the importance of the Navy’s civilian workforce to the fleet’s day-to-day operations, and served as a catalyst to identify areas of improvement for these valuable members of the Navy’s team.
