NORFOLK, Va. (April 16, 2024) Matthew Swartz, executive director and chief of staff, U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFFC), and the Executive Management Advisory Panel meet with Navy civilians who execute missions in direct support of fleet operations during focus groups held at USFFC, April 16th, 2024. These focus groups highlighted the importance of the Navy’s civilian workforce to the fleet’s day-to-day operations and their commitment and dedication to the Navy’s mission each and every day.
