Retired U.S. Navy Cmdr. Thomas Eugene Wilber, a family friend of a missing POW/MIA, inserts an incense stick in a local altar during a Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) recovery operation in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, March 13, 2024. After Wilber received a tour of the site, he participated in a local custom in offering prayer to those missing from the Vietnam War.
