Sailors from Navy Closure Task Force-Red Hill (NCTF-RH) listen to Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy James Honea at the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility (RHBFSF), in Halawa, Hawaii, May 2, 2024.
