Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy James Honea greets Machinist's Mate (Submarine Auxiliary) First Class Steven Caniglia at Naval Submarine Training Center Pacific (NSTCP) at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, May 3, 2024.
