The Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) departed Yokosuka, Japan, for the last time as the U.S. Navy’s forward-deployed aircraft carrier. Ronald Reagan, the flagship of Carrier Strike Group 5, provides a
