Colombian Team competitors pour water over their heads at the halfway mark of the Fuerzas Comando 2024 Ruck March in Cerro Tigre, Panama, May 19, 2024. During this competition, each competitor carried a 40 lbs rucksack and their weapon for the duration of the 20 km ruck march.
