KEMI, Finland (April 24, 2024) - Finnish Coast Guard Senior Lieutenant Marcus Tamala shakes hands with U.S. Navy Chief Builder Estephan Lopez, a master diver assigned to Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 1, on the port of Kemi, Finland, April 24, 2024. UCT 1 is on a scheduled deployment to the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations under the 22 Naval Construction Regiment to strengthen partnerships.
