KEMI, Finland (April 24, 2024) - U.S. Navy Engineering Aide 2nd Class Brentt Hockin, assigned to Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 1, observes Senior Lieutenant Marcus Tamala, a Finnish Coast Guard diver, as he pilots a remotely operated underwater vehicle on the port of Kemi, Finland, April 24, 2024. UCT 1 is on a scheduled deployment to the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations under the 22 Naval Construction Regiment to strengthen partnerships.
