On Thursday, 23 May, AFLCMC held a DSH Change of Command Ceremony at Wright-Patterson AFB. The ceremony was presided over by Lt. Gen. Donna Shipton, AFLCMC Commander. During the event, Lt. Col. Jessica Kashka ceremonially passed the role of AFLCMC Section Commander to Lt. Col. Bruce MacNeill, Jr. He previously served as B-21 Materiel Leader. Lt. Col.
