Staff Sgt. Jordan Ross, assigned to the 5th Squadron, 15th Cavalry Reiment, 194th Armored Brigade, at Fort Moore, Georgia, completes the Sand Hill Obstacle Course while competing in the 2024 Drill Sergeant of the Year Competition, June 5, 2024, at Fort Moore, Ga. During the competition, Drill Sergeants face a variety of physical and mental tests to include an ACFT, written exams, scenario-based marksmanship, land navigation, knowledge questions posed by a panel, and more.
