Cutler is seen holding up the four pound steel liner wedge being utilized in shoring up the plates of a tanker that fell 20 feet from staging and struck the top of the skull guard he is also holding. A quarter inch deep dent and a crack to the brim evidence of the impact. Cutler stated experiencing dizziness but was able to return to work a short time later after being checked out.
