U.S. Air Force Gen. James B. Hecker, commander of U.S. Air Forces in Europe - Air Forces Africa, and Capt. David Kahan speak with Philippe Nekrassoff, deputy mayor of Sainte-Mere-Eglise, following the Picauville ceremony. The ceremony honored 20 American service members who died in a field in Picauville, France on June 6, 1944.
